Lifetime Warranty
Campran will warrant the slate on any of its Products (Billiard Tables,
Dining Billiard Tables and Casino Billiards Tables) for the Lifetime of your table.
Limited One-Year Warranty
Campran warrants each product (Billiard Tables, Dining Billiard Tables, Casino
Billiards Tables and other Products) against defects in material or workmanship,
excluding normal wear and tear. Campran in its sole discretion will either repair
or replace any and all parts proven to be defective. This One-Year Warranty is
subject only to the limitations as set forth below.
Terms
- Warranties apply only to the original owner of the product.
- Installation fees are not covered under warranties.
- Please inspect the contents of your product prior to hiring an installer.
- Please file all claims via email at customerservice@campran.com and attach digital photos supporting your claim.
- There will be no financial compensation of any kind; all damaged or defective parts will be replaced.
- Cloth, Pockets, and accessories are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is void if the Product is not installed by a professional Installer.
- Any claims under these warranties must be made through Campran.
- Repairs or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the Product. These warranties do not require the replacement of the entire product.
- Campran shall pay for all shipping costs incurred with respect to any damage claim approved as provided for herein.
- Campran neither assumes nor authorizes any persons to assume for Campran to have any other obligation or liability in connection with the Products. These warranties do not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake or any other natural calamity.
