However, I was very surprised when I received my table. The quality is awesome and it arrived sooner then I expected. Bob, I can't praise this pool table highly enough. We are thrilled. We have had an old pool table for a long time. It did not have the slate top and was OK, but nothing like the new table. The construction is excellent. We put this together ourselves. A friend of ours knew how to properly stretch and attach the felt and it is awesome. The felt seems to be excellent quality. It is much better than the table we had. I know that the table looks nicer than many tables we priced that were 6 or 7 times more expensive. Best of luck. We love the table!!

The table plays extremely well. The fabric is above average quality the table plays extremely quick. For the money you would have to invest about $1500 - $3000 more to get a nicer table.

I was in the market for a quality table for the home but just could not justify dropping the kind of money on the ones that caught my eye. I went to 4 different stores in my area & was very disappointed because particle board junk in chessy looking laminant is all the sales people tried pushing on me with wood tops. Ever play on a wood top? Its like trying to race the Indy 500 in a Yugo! Its a night & day difference in your game its like Rosy O'Donnel vs. Angelina Jolie, just no comparisson.
So I went and found Campran.com listing tables on that site. I thought it was a joke or a typeo on the price when I saw all the custom quality features that I was looking for. At the local shops they wanted well over $5,00.00 for these features. So I read all the fine print I confirmed that this was a REAL table for the price & not some scam. Not just the tabe for this price but the COMPLETE accessory package to boot! The catch was...three month wait from ordering till I got the custom table. Was it worth the wait, ABSOLUTELY? Campran had that table delivered on time & in one piece exactly to the day that they said I would get it. Great communication of keeping me updated on the progress of my table that was being built to MY specs. The quality is superb, even the installers said that this was "a solid table made of solid wood". No balsa wood, no particle board, NO CRAP...just solid HEIRLOOM QUALITY wood. The legs are beautifully curved w/ a rich warm color that supports & matches the elegant cabinet engraved w/ the ever classic French curve style decorations. The rail tops are polished to a beautiful piano finish that are accsented w/ elegant mother of pearl aiming diamonds. The action on the rails is PHENOMINAL! Precision bank shots are all yours w/ the action from these rails. The pockets are made out of REAL LEATHER, not vinyl or made made "Leatherette" junk. Real leather w/ beautiful satin blend fringe to fiish off the classic look to the pockets. So was it worth the wait? When I see & play on what I have & what will stay in my family because of the QUALITY & SOLID CONSTRUCTION I emphatically say YES! Also, compared to what I was looking at in the $5,000.00 range for what I wanted I saved about $1,300.00 PER MONTH by having a little patience, it is well worth the wait. This table is truly the crown jewel of my home bar/entertainment room. Thanks Campran for making quality & style obtainable to those of us who are not named Trump or Rockafellar.

Hi, I have finally gotten the table to my son's home in Athens Ga. I took it up there in my trailer. The table was delivered to my home on St Simons Island. Though there was some damage to the cartons there was none to the table or its components. It was packaged very well. The delivery person was very helpful and took much time and effort to get it into the trailer. It took about 4 hours to set it up and was not too difficult. This was not the first table I have assembled. The leveling process and the felt installation instructions were hard to follow. (We used our own method which worked out great.) I must say that you have followed this purchase very well from beginning to end.

We love our new pool table! We did put it together ourselves, and had no trouble at all. All the parts were numbered and the book referred to the numbers, it was a cake walk it was that easy. We were a little disappointed with the color of the wood, because the internet showed a completely different shade, but when it was all put together we weren't disappointed anymore. I just wanted to help ease people's fears a bit. We just had our table installed. IT IS GORGEOUS!! It's a beautiful centerpiece to our room. We were so happy with the quality, and even though you said it's all hard wood it's hard to believe until you actually see it. It is!! The guy that put it together for us was super impressed. He kept asking if everything was an upgrade as he put it together (i.e. grooved rails, leather pockets, etc.). I just told him it was all included in the price. He's been dealing with pool tables for over twenty years and was blown away with the deal we got. I know it's a bit of a wait people, but well worth it if you want quality at an affordable price. Now my dad plans to order one from you too. Oh, and everything was packed really well.

For anyone second guessing buying a table from you I'll be the 1st to
say
don't! From start to finish the process was flawless and the
communication
was outstanding.
My only complaint (which was clearly stated by you guys up front) was:
it
did take a while to receive my table.
My cousin is a manager at a high end furniture chain store and their
cheapest table that was no were near as nice as the one I purchased
from
Campran (with his discount) was about 3 grand, while similar/comparable
ones
were 4-6.
I got my table on Tuesday and put it together myself, the instructions
were
fairly easy, they could've been a little clearer in some spots, but
overall
it was pretty simple; the hardest (only time consuming) part was
leveling
it.
I now have a beautiful (quality) table in my games room and it cost me
about
a third of the price, Thank you guys so much.

Our custom ordered billiard table was delivered as promised. We
arranged
for local installers to assemble it. They rated the quality of the
table as
high as any they have seen. This Campran billiard table is truly a
beutiful
piece of furniture , as well as a fun time.
When there was a slight problem lining up some of the side rail holes,
Campran responded promptly and sent NEW RAILS! Now that is service!
Overall, the quality , price , and service are superior and anyone can
purchase a table from Campran with full confidence of a top product and

I just wanted to say that we just received our customized 8 ft. pool / dining table and chairs and I must say it is absolutely spectacular!!! The table is super elegant and the fabric in the chairs was beautiful. I have to admit I was very concerned about making such a significant purchase over the internet, but you guys delivered as promised. The product is just as nice (if not more) as shown on the website. We are delighted with our new dining / game room. Excellent deal for a very reasonable price. Buying on the Internet is usually accompanied by some level of anxiety; especially when spending over a thousand dollars. I sincerely appreciate the great effort that you put into keeping me informed of the status of my purchase.
Although I had read the comments from satisfied customers, I was still a bit skeptical. My skepticism was wholly unwarranted. Our new pool table has greatly exceeded our expectations!
The installer (Kevin Higgins of Higgins Billiard Supply) did a great job putting the table together and commented that the quality of table exceeds tables costing thousands more in our local area.
We had been shopping for a pool table for over a year and was well aware of what you get at various price points in the Washington, DC suburban area. We even went back to few local stores to compare after we got our table set up. Our table was clearly superior to tables being sold for as much as $7000.00 and more.
You should be getting some orders from our friends, neighbors and co-workers. Thanks again.
