Q: How will I make my table choice for the different cabinet, legs, rails, finishes, pockets and felt?
A: Once you click on "BUY NOW" you will be taken through the selection process from there.

Q: How thick is the Slate?
A: The slate is 1 inch thick. Perfect level playing surface.

Q: Do you have a toll free number?

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

Q: What happens if my table is damaged in shipping?
A: We will repair or replace the damage components. We will not pay for any labor fees associated with replacement of any components. For this reason we strongly suggest you check the table carefully before your installer arrives.

Q: Will I be able to come pick up the table myself?
A: Unfortunately, there is no pick up service since we are shipping your table from our manufacturing facility overseas directly to your home.

Q: Do I need a professional installer?
A: A professional installer is highly recommended although you can assemble the table yourself. Assembly instructions are included. Please refer to the installer link on the home page for an installer in your area.

Q: How do I find an installer in my area?
A: Please contact our customer service department at: customerservice@campran.com or click on "installers in your area" link found at the side of the home page.

Q: How long will it take to receive my custom built table?
A: Upon receipt of your choices and full payment, your order will be placed with one of our manufacturing facilities overseas. It takes about 10-18 weeks to build and ship your custom table directly to your home.

Q: Do I pay for shipping, handling, crating, and insurance?
A: Unless we state Free Shipping on our web site home page or with the product, shipping and handling is added to the product price. The exact amount of shipping and handling for the product is stated in the shopping cart.

Q: Can I pay with 2 credit cards?
A: If you wish to split your payment between two transactions, please call our customer service to process the transactions for you. Customer service 702-407-1275.

Q: What if I want a refund after I order and pay for the table?
A: As soon as we acknowledge the acceptance of your payment and custom order we start the manufacturing of your custom table. At that point we commit the resources to produce your custom table and we are unable to provide refunds.

Q: What if my home is not 18 wheeler accessible?
A: Your table will be delivered curbside to the closest location the truck can reach. You may make arrangements with the shipping company or your installer to have the table delivered with a different vehicle. We will not pay additional cost for special delivery.

Q: Will the table be delivered right into my home?
A: The table will be delivered to your garage or other external covered area on the ground level as accessible to our delivery truck, backed up to that location by the delivery staff. If the delivery truck cannot be backed up to that location, the table will be delivered curbside. You may make your own arrangements with the shipping company to have the table delivered into your home. You must have 18 wheeler access.
