Shipping and Handling
Your custom table will be manufactured to your specification and prepared for
shipping from Campran's manufacturing facility overseas within 30 days of
Campran acknowledgement of complete order customization information and payment
received. It will arrive at your location 7 to 14 weeks of the date of receipt
of your complete order. Once the table arrives at our US distribution center
you will be sent information to track your shipment. You will be contacted by the
shipping company to schedule a convenient delivery time.
The table will be delivered to your garage or other external covered area on
the ground level as accessible to our delivery truck, backed up to that location
by the delivery staff. If the delivery truck cannot be backed up to that location,
the table will be delivered curbside. You may make your own arrangements with the
shipping company to have the table delivered into your home. You must have 18
wheeler access. We will not pay additional cost for special delivery.
We are continuously optimizing the process of capturing the custom orders,
manufacturing them flawlessly, and delivering them from overseas at the shortest
of time ensuring that our highest of quality standards are met. The entire
process for this life time investment to manufacture and deliver the exact
pool table you want, currently takes from 7 to 14 weeks from the date of
Campran acknowledgement of complete order customization and payment received.
There could be changes in the schedule due to circumstances beyond our control.
